Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (US) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Economy Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). International orders are shipped via USPS and DHL Express.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through the Shop app.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.
